An applicant for advance registration should send the registration form to the Secretariat until April 4, 2008. After that, you will need to register on-site. Only those who register in advance or on-site for the Left Main & Bifurcation Summit 2008 should pick up their name tag and enters the hall free of charge. Meanwhile, we strongly recommend advance registration due to the limitation of the hall capacity.

On request, the CVRF is pleased to send an invitation for participation in the Left Main & Bifurcation Summit. Without special request, we E-mail you the letter under the form of PDF file. As the document required for visa approval depends on the Korean Embassy’s policy in each country, you might be requested to present the original invitation letter sent by post, you are strongly recommended to check the visa process to the Embassy at first hand.

While we are pleased to provide documentation of your registration to attend our meeting, visa issuance is at the sole discretion of the consular officer.
